Gina Erdman, MOT, OTR/L is a Neuro-IFRAH instructor®. Gina earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2000. Since 2004, Gina specialized in the treatment of individuals affected by stroke and brain injury and has worked in a variety of settings across the continuum of care including acute ICU, inpatient rehab, and outpatient rehab. In 2014, she began treating patients privately in their home and community. Gina became a Neuro-IFRAH instructor® in 2010, and has been mentored by the author of the approach, Waleed Al-Aboudi, MOT, OTR/L. In addition, Gina has completed Advanced Upper Extremity, Advanced Hand Function/Fine Motor Control, and Advanced Gait courses. In 2021, Gina opened Neuro-IFRAH Clinic by Waleed at Long Beach. Neuro-IFRAH Clinical Certified™ and Neuro-IFRAH Clinical Advanced Trained™
Trudi Maaskant PT, MPT, is a Neuro-IFRAH instructor® and Neuro-IFRAH Specialist®. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1984 and finished her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1995. Trudi has experience throughout the continuum of care, having worked in acute care/trauma ICU, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled care, and private care in patients’ homes. She taught in the Physical Therapy program at Loma Linda University from 1988 to 2000. In 1996, she obtained the rank of Assistant Professor in the Physical Therapy Department. Since 1991, Trudi has specialized in the treatment of individuals affected by a stroke or brain injury. She has been mentored throughout her career by Waleed Al-Oboudi MOT, OTR/L, the author of the Neuro-IFRAH® Approach. Trudi finished her Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® training in 2005, and in 2013, she started working in the Neuro-IFRAH® Clinics one to two weeks out of each month. She currently works at the Neuro-IFRAH® Clinic by Waleed in Long Beach, owned by Gina Erdman, MOT, OTR/L a couple weeks a month while also seeing a few private patients in Fresno, CA. Holly Peters, PT, DPT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2015. She completed the Texas Woman’s University/Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Neurological PT residency program in 2018. Since 2015, she has specialized in the treatment of individuals affected by a stroke or brain injury. She has worked in various settings across the continuum including acute ICU, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, and home/community. Holly is currently Neuro IFRAH® certified and Advanced Trained in gait.
