Megan Warr, OTR, Neuro-IFRAH Instructor®, Neuro-IFRAH Specialist®, Neuro-IFRAH International™ and Neuro-IFRAH Global™. A native Memphian, Megan received her degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Tennessee, Health Science Center in 1992. Megan has experience throughout the spectrum of rehabilitation having worked in acute care/trauma ICU, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled care and since 2006 treating patients privately in their homes. Since 1995 Megan has specialized in the treatment of individuals affected by stroke or brain injury. Megan has been mentored through her career by Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR, the author of the Neuro-IFRAH® Approach. Megan finished her Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® training in 2004 and has been teaching Neuro-IFRAH® courses to therapists across the U.S. and Internationally since that time. Brad Potts, PT, Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® received his degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Oklahoma in 1996. Brad has over twenty years of experience most often treating patients with hemiplegia due to stroke or traumatic brain injury. He is a certified Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® and Neuro IFRAH® Certified, and Neuro-IFRAH® Advanced Trained, and has been mentored since 2007 by Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR the author of the Neuro-IFRAH® Approach. Brad has a variety of experience working in inpatient and outpatient rehab and most recently working with patients privately in their homes. In 2018 Brad, along with Megan Warr, OTR opened their clinic, a private clinic specializing in the treatment of patients who have sustained a stroke or brain injury. Mary Linder, OTR/L, Neuro-IFRAH Instructor®, Neuro-IFRAH Specialist®,Neuro-IFRAH International™ and Neuro-IFRAH Global™ received her degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Tennessee in 1994. Mary is an instructor for introductory and intermediate courses as well as introductory course for nurses, the 98 contact hour certification course and the Advanced Upper Extremity Course. Mary works in inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient. She has served as team lead and Director of Clinical Services over inpatient and outpatient PT, OT and ST. She has specialized in the treatment of adults affected by stroke and brain injury since 1999 and continues to be mentored by Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR, author of the Neuro –IFRAH®. She became a clinical educator with Healthsouth in 2001. Mary finished the Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® Training Program in August 2004. Neuro-IFRAH Clinics by Waleed™ (Memphis) provides patients who have sustained a stroke or brain injury an environment that is conducive for recovery. All treatment sessions are one on one and treatment is provided by a therapist who is a Neuro-IFRAH Instructor®. Treatment sessions are typically two to three hours in length and can be tailored to each patient's individualized needs. Patients who wish to travel to Memphis for a week long treatment schedule can be accommodated with a four or six hour per day schedule. We are located near several hotels and restaurants. We are a fee for service clinic. We do not bill or fill out forms for insurance companies or other third party payers. Upon request, receipts can be provided with the necessary codes to self submit to your private insurance company. We are not participating Medicare providers.
After sustaining a stroke or traumatic brain injury it is difficult to know where to turn to get the rehabilitation therapy that is critical to recovery. Neuro-IFRAH Clinics by Waleed™ (Memphis) was opened to provide the effective, individualized treatment needed to return patients to their lives. The aim of the therapy programs is to maximize patients functional outcomes based on goals agreed upon by the patient and the therapist.
